★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No roads, urban power supply which is not reliable and in summers always disconnects for days and sometimes for week, no public transport and Ola/Uber don't come in rainy season. No drinking water supply, few people have RO system, rest are buying locally packed bottled water. No RWA or governing body, security is always a concern. Most people are who didn't do proper research before buying or were over positive about development of this place. You can't believe this is part of NCR.

Is there anyone belongs to Sai Upvan project,Who has been trapped & Fraud?I am trapped & Fraud by these builders. Paid 2.8 L in 2014. Now I am asking to return my money but they are threatening me. Paid to Syndicate Builder Private Ltd (Cheque). Unit 5/6 D Block.

If you are family person so please dont take interest to by home here. you will find better option in the other society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 2 bhk flat last year in Sai Upvan society and I suggest every buyer not to buy or rent any flat in this society. The main reason is road. You will face endless problems because of this. Also electricity is poor in summer time. Also lots of dust inside the society. Also building construction materials are very poor
