Bike keeps breaking down due to manufacturing defect.
Went 4 times so far.
They couldnt fix anything.
Each time they say, "Wont happen again", charge me about 1000Rs. Everytime for vehicle in warranty. Each time it breaks down. Service staff yelled at me for me bringing bike to repair. Bike is still in warranty. Bike is still not fixed. I am pursuing them for a 1 year so far. Also brake light blows up after every 2 months. Which is also not covered under warranty. 95% of vehicle will not be repaired under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit. They easily identified the issue in my Avenger which 3 of the local mechanics could not. Staff is good. It is indeed expensive but if your ride comes out smooth...it's worth it. Review based on first visit. Will keep you all posted as and when I make visits here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to service, they are experts to loot and they are very smart at it. they wil increase your bill like anything....ek bar jaoge..va0as kabhi nhi jaoge....nd worst was afyer getting my bike serviced ,its hanflr bar was bent.and they kept on insiating that it had happened previously only...but Iater upon enquiry with one of working boys there I found out that it fell when it was mounted on the service stand elevator.... Also after the service I took it to a private mechanic...nd sat with mechanic to service...he told me that the caburator...he air filter were not cleaned....it was only oil that was changed and bike was washed and oiled...thats it. U can yru it out and will come to know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will get all spares at this location for Bajaj vehicles. Quick turn around for vehicles to be serviced. Be very vigilant about changing spares here, always ask them for the old ones and makes sure all the screws are in place when you take the delivery of your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Bajaj bike service station is located in the heart of city in Shivaji Nagar.
Process of giving bike on service was very smooth. They checked the bike before taking for servicing. Asked if there is any problems that specifically needs to be looked into.
I gave the bike in the morning and received the same in the evening.
Also, customer service is nice here like...they followed up with after two days of servicing if there is any issue occured or if there is still some problem with the bike.
Overall service was good here except that I received bike on the evening.
