β β β β β Very worst experience with this shop actually I bought lg washing machine on EMI but we not get any kind of vouchers or cash back and I have lose of 7000 rs which they promise us on time of purchase and their attitude of talk with us also changed and cooperate to us and cheat with customers

β β β β β Visited Place to purchase home appliance! Reached at shop, executive attended us very well (Made mind to purchase product from here)! LG brand store to be specific!
Before purchasing or giving cash, checked product list on offical site of LG and found that New lauch product is more logical then showed one! So visited one more Brand store Named as Mayur Electronic! And got latest product on best price (difference was low so thought for latest lauch product).
Called This store to get best price for latest one and their reply was that We don't have new launched product to Offer! So lastly closed deal and purchase product from Mayur Electronics (LG brand store).
Moral of the story! I didn't find product what I was looking for so no purchase done from here!

β β β β β I wish there was a dislike button on Google. I went to the shop along with my dad to enquire about automatic washing machine. The customer service person was extremely rude. He wanted to finish his tea before talking to us. We waited, upon asking the specifications he is like all are same just size is different. I still insisted upon explaining features he was like the company person will come and explain. The staff is worst. Have been to many LG showrooms this showroom is the worst of all. Would never visit this showroom n will never recommend it to anyone.
P.S. if any of the manager will be reading the post please train your staff about building a customer relationship.
