Bought an Hitachi AC from these people from their RCR outlet, on facing issues in the AC unit; these people are not even ready to help or listen to the issues. All the answers they have is to approach Hitachi directly?
Then why are you running a retail unit selling units from Hitachi? Why have you taken a franchise of a brand, where your voices are not heard?
Extremely poor and baseless promises while you’re buying. Avoid buying even a single rupee good from them! If you end up facing some trouble, they won’t even entertain you.

I like Ra Kothi for purchasing products since last 7 years. It is trustworthy. And Nirav is Very good Sales person...Knowledgeable and supportive experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unqualified sales persons, they don't listen to customers and starts arguing so loudly. Unqualified sales persons. They just want to sale a product some how. They even have no courtesy to apologize, other staff support the rudy sales person.

WORST experience
if you have extra money to waste, buy anything from here
and experience worst service
for TV they force to buy you unbranded like Dewoo and other bogus company which even dont have proper call center
Mr Thakkar and Mr nirav just try to give positive trust on day of buying
and then post delivery giving non responsible answers
They shows bajaj emi scheme which is another way to make you fool
bajaj fellow is also not responsible and there is hidden charges
Ultimately just review 1st line of my review and say bye to this store
