★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales service, bought usha cooler in March 2021 the cooler's motor exhausted on 21.05.2021, i called vijayraj they told me that they have registered my complaint with usha and engineer wil visit in one day. One person called me that he will be coming and after almost 10 days, till date no engineer visited and even no one is taking call from vijay raj sales and the service person. After enquiring from usha company call centre they told me there is no complaint for my product. If vijayraj sales is not able to registered my call why they told me they done than, i would be happy if they told me to contact usha directly.
