★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi , i recently purchased LLODY AC 1 TONon 15th april 2021 , the person yogesh tell that it is wifi ready to use & we trust on him after purchased the product wwe find that the routed is not installed in it for wifi compatible so we call the dealer sales person but now they regrate that we didn't told as ac is ready to use for wifi .
The staff is saying anything to sell the product, we find lack of product knowledge in staff.
Bad marking to sell havells product,
Also outer unit noise DB IS HIGHER THAN OTHER BRAND

Tell the customer specific to that its is wifi compitible & there is router charge extra Instand of saying it is ready to use.even your sales person dont know about it ... check the date & bill ..& asked to your sales person about it .( He remember it) he changes his word after products was sold.
Very efficient way( *idiot*) & manner that your reply show towards your customers .

They sale product by providing wrong information, their salesman provide wrong information about product & after sale their owner says "Sorry we can't do anything" & deliver old product with new lable. Worst experience ever. They feel customer is fool. Plz be aware & avoid this place.
