It is strategically located in Mathikere near to Yeshwanthpur, Malleshwaram, Jalahalli, Sadashivnagar & Dollars colony. All basic amenities are available here. Many educational institutions, banks, shopping business and the major M.S Ramaiah hospital are at just a stone's throw away distance. It is surrounded by in numerous restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and clean place at cheap cost. Easy to reach via car, motorcycle and less rush near to iskcom temple. Too many ATMs are there and you can take Bangalore city bus easily as well as ola and uber cabs are available to the area. Near to botanical garden banglore. And onec again neat and clean place to stay. More secure then others apartments in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 4 years here ... Mostly families are living here ... Apartment complex needs more maintenance. And also you are not allowed to make much noise here otherwise People are going to complain.

Nice maintenance.,
Security is good. Visitors should always sign in the visitors log book along with the particulars of your visit.
The children have play amenities in the front yard.
The parking is in the basement.
The residents dry the clothes there too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place. The neighbors are pesky, and nosy. The guard is boorish, and the entire community harasses single women renting flats here.
The Residents Association doesn't allow tenants to have guests post 10 PM, and will frown upon your gender. Male friends are disallowed to stay over. If you are any wise, you will look for a flat elsewhere.
Also, no parking for visitors.
