Shriram 107° Southeast - Attibele

Before deciding on buying I already told the Shriram Property Consultants that i already have a Pre-approved loan from icici Bank and i would want to apply based on that only. The Marketing Managers (Shrikanth & Paras Khandewal) both insisted me & asked me to pay the booking amount of ₹50000/- which I did, I also asked them say if In some case my loan file does not approve whether I will get my refund back, they said don't worry if it does not happen I will get my full refund guaranteed. But now it seems that the icici home loan department is asking me more documents than expected. I already told them before itself that only based on my Pre-approved loan I would like to apply but I am unable to provide them with the documents for further loan application process which means I cannot go with the loan & according to them as said that if my loan process does not happen I get my full refund of ₹50000/- But now what happens... They send me some form & terms and conditions from the Shriram Group which mentions that they will be no refund on the booking amount, they should have told me before itself & now i dont think they are sticking to their words which I trusted them. These Marketing Managers trick you into buying their property and urge you into booking the flat immediately & say that if you book the flat right now... They will give you discounts etc... And misguide you in all sorts of manner and finally we fall for it and pay them the booking amount, but also was clearly told to me that it will be refunded if the loan does not approve. Now I have changed my mind and I want to cancel the booking but I don't know what will happen as if now but by seeing and reading the reviews I'm scared and I think I've lost my huge amount of ₹50k by these Marketing Scammers who tricked me into paying the booking amount. I suggest anyone who is deciding on buying the Shriram Property, please dont pay anything.... Ask them in writing with seal that if in any case loan does not happen. You will get your refund back. Then see what is the best possible way and then decide. For now till I get my refund back my comment on (Shriram SouthEast 107.5 Property )will not change my reviews unless I get my refund back. Shame on you people. Both Marketing managers(Shrikanth & Paras Khandewal) for misguiding us and for taking out hard earned money of ₹50000/- I am very angry and at the same time very disappointed with you both. i am also sending the form which they had sent clearly mentioned that the booking amount will not be refunded... But i haven't signed on the form yet. I will send you all the documents and forms they have sent me. This is a Proof that Shriram Property plays a one sided game. I seriously don't want to get into their deals and schemes the Shriram SouthEast 107.5 has to offer. They are a bunch of #Frauds . I strictly don't recommend their builders as their are far better and much reputed builders like Shoba, Prestige etc... They are expensive but you will atleast be satisfied and happy you invested with them. ?☹️??

Booked 2 bhk apartment in phase 3, response of Sales Team was amazing and the apartments with all the planned amenities are value for money.

Booked a budgetted one. Vast space (19 acres) , promising amenities, caring customer service. Happy to have a deal with Shriram Properties.

This is my first investment with Shriram Properties. 2019 I bought Shriram Summit for my own use, I got wonderful service with Shriram Team. With the same expectation I booked my second home as my first investment.

Doesn’t care for customers. Expect payments to be prompt but delays projects for years together. I would rather pay a bit more & go for a more reliable & trustworthy builder who honor timelines.

Dont ever go with Shriram properties. You have to wait endlessly for your dream home like me. Their marketing team will make you book and then just vanish. They will advertise with lot of false promises.

We have booked two apartments in the above project. It was a pleasant experience interacting with you and your sales team. What impressed me about this project is that a family who pays rs 28 lakh gets a 2 bed room apartment of 698 sq.ft with  hallcum dining  room , a balcony, kitchen , two bedrooms with attached bath rooms

If you really want to live your life peacefully never ever select this builder for booking your dream home.They just give false promise and really work hard towards "No delivery at all project"..sharing this review based on my personal experience by investing in one of their project.
