I have booked gas online as on 04-08-2021 and try to get cylinder from provider but they are denying to provide me cylinder and give suggestion to me like if you have want urgent gas cylinder then give money and you will be received cash back which has been paid online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shriram gas agency people do not speak in manner. Their phone numbers are only for for customer's entertainment. They always didn't pick the call.
They don't delivered gas cylinder on time. And the delivery persons are demanding extra money for gas delivery. If we don't pay 'this amount' they talk arrogantly. When I'm asking in office, the person told me that it is totally on customer's decision either they pay or not. But these guys always demanding money.
If my booking is on 18th, I will get it after a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are the third class service providers, this can be the only comment for you. Every when you take 2 weeks for the delivery after the online payment of refilling of cylinder. Despite so many requests everytime from my side, you gave nonsense reply that there is shortage of cylinders. You are the only one supplier having this issue. All other Bharat gas agencies are delivering maximum with the week only. I will definitely raise this matter to Bharat gas corporation very soon.
