★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Dr. Tarsene charged us Rs 21000 for testing of 3 samples for testing and did not deliver the report. I tried contacting him again but he did not answer. I felt like i got fraud. Do not recommend their service to anyone. Irresponsible and fraud people.

I just called them to ask for the food testing quotation, the person who received the call was so unprofessional and all he said was "Madam, office closed call tomorrow". At least teach your staff to take the inquiry and not lose business this way.
