★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give it a five rating to Shriram Land, since the time the site visit was done, and the sale agreement was drafted, there has been a high level of professionalism, Madhusudhan & Vijay Singh has been very supportive and been updating on the progress of the project, although there has been delay in the registration, they provide the best suggestions which is in the best interest of the customer, they keep their customers first and always there for any updates or clarifications. Good going guys, do support the same way! Thanks for making me choose the best plot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a plot with Shriram Land and waiting for registration to start from last 2 years.
They are so irresponsible that they are not providing the updates also which is holding the registration process even after they got this as a suggestion from many customers.
But their sales team is continuously calling customers to get the final installment of money from them.
They only know how to extort money from customers.
As mentioned by few other review writers that many of their employees are only giving here positive feedback, one of them is their sales manager (err...MISMANAGER) Mr. Vijay Singh.
Guys please think a zillion times before putting money in their projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase a plot in Shriram bageshri on Sep 2019 by paying 85% plot cost.
They keep asking for another 15% amount without doing any development and also not showing me the BMRDA release order.
And no one replying to emails and also phone. Even I contact the management team but no response from them. They are truly unprofessional and have no sense of reply to customers. They follow only the rules which gain profit i.e taking all customer money by giving false promises. Be careful about this Shriram Land Developers Pvt Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am seeing maximum good reviews were given by Shriram team only and not definitely by the buyers. We have invested our lives in Shriram Bhageshri and no registration yet from last 2 years. Donot put your money here and worry later. No one will pick your calls after you pay your money because progress itself is not happening on registration. Most commercial people ever. Lost trust in Shriram.

I recently booked a plot near kanakapura road due to bad reviews through my friends circle I cancelled the booking.. Now they are not returning my booking amount... Whenever I call there is no proper response... I booked in month of February.. They said it will be refunded in the month of April...Till now I hvnt received any amount....No proper communication...whenever I call the concern person is not available is what I hear... No proper communication. I tried calling the team head he has blocked my number...
