★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy these properties from this builder. I booked an apartment named DCH (Dil Chahta hai) . It has been 3 years since I booked the apartment here. In my tower no 17 there has not been even 1 floor made in 3 years and I am still getting fake promises that soon we will make it.
It would have been better to go with some B-grade builder ready to move in apartment rather than waiting for 3-5 years and still no hopes of completion.

I'm a customer of Shriram Greenfield. They have no intention to give you your flat and then ask you to cancel forfeit your deposit and payments.
There is no communication and just ruin your life.
Terrible Terrible Terrible!!
Don't buy Shriram!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have sent a threatening letter to my house that if you don't pay 127000 within 10 days they will cancel my property. But listen why the disbursement was delayed - they were supposed to reimburse my pre-emi from Feb 2020-Dec 2021 which I got only after 100s of follow-ups in March 2022 so I delayed this one disbursement until I received my reimbursement and immediately started the disbursement exactly one day after I received the confirmation but when I asked them why you sent a letter to my home Mukesh Kaushal said TIME IS OF ESSENSE. When i asked my bank to disburse it they informed me that Shriram has changed their bank details and to my surprise they never thought of mentioning that to me?? but have sent a threatening letter to my house.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHOSE FAULT IS IT????
Also, now when I am asking to send me an Apology letter to my home address, they are not responding to my emails. Mukesh Kaushal, Jajit Menon all are involved in the email but no one is responding. Would you like me to attach the screenshot of the emails????
At the end just wanted to mention, Once upon a time I trusted Shriram which is why I invested in their projects but if you give this kind of service to customers this is what you will get as a review....

Think 100x time before investing here or even with this builder , they fool customers , give wrong promises . They sell this property only with lies . They ll make you agree to book it the same day committing you many things . But later when you ll start finding issues , they ll not even response . And when you don't buy their property or cancel it . They ll eat up your booking amount .
Their CRM Nirmala tries to behave very smart .
I have pathetic experience and I am filling "RERA complain on this and other properties of Shri Ram Builders . I am attaching here screen shot of their mail replies , where they have even expected the diversion.
Now I know why SHRI RAM IPO went so poor , they don't care about their customers.
Think 100 times , you might be loosing your hard earn money.
I am writing this after following up with them for more than 2 months, they don't value your time and money.
Never sign any document until unless you enquire about any of their properties.
My cancellation happened because of their diversion in the property . , If they have done mistake .
Why should I loose my money.
They are asking people to give it a 5 star rating to hide their reviews .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a fraud builder . I booked an appartment in Shriram summitt phase3 years before . That time it was 70% completed and after that not much progress still waiting for possession. They were just keep on giving you false possession date and which never happens. Some people booked on 2015 when it is launched and still waiting to occupy.
They never answer your queries on possession and no compensation for delay.
Dont ever go with this builder even on ongoing projects.
They just eat your money and tour dream of home never gona happen.
Finally you end up in paying emi and frustation on waiting for your home.
NEVER GO WITH SHRIRAM PROPERTIES

I have visited SriRam Whitefield Youth Town in Dec-2021 and sales person managed to convience me this is the best project and we need to pay 50,000 INR to book the unit.
Unformutalely , i did this mistake and made an online payment of 50,000 .While returning back to my house in South Bangalore,i reaalize it is very far and also the unit is small and also the feedback of the Sri Ram Grennfield is very poor and hence i told them very next day to the sales person to cancel the unit and process the refund .
But they insist to downgrade and invest and told me they will not refund the token money of 50,000 which is quite unprofessional .
It is 3 months and with multiple followup ,i am not getting any feedback on my money and i hence i would suggest you all to think 100 times before you put money in Sri Ram Properties as it never come back to you in case you ask for refund .
I am left with no other options but to approach RERA to register my complain.
So, All the new house looker, Dont go on low price offered by Sri RAM , go with the reputed bulider and buy not only house but peace of mind as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.Their sales team will make you convince their project is best.Do background check and see surrounding area. Make sure there is no nearby industry. Never fall in sales team trap and most important never pay booking amount immediately. Think for week then decide. Once you pay, that amount u will not get back if u cancel. Possession will not be as per schedule.
