★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is high compared to other layouts and not very well placed in terms of location. They are charging premium due to the brand name of shriram group attached. Not all amenities are provided as promised. Few parks and other courts not developed. They also do not provide you with basic facilities at the time of construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STRR road passing between the layout. No proper road to reachout to layout. Small and bottlenecks road leading. No one has constructed in such a old layout due to concerns and litigation issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layout is beautiful no doubt but very interior. Another thing to be noticed is only one house in is now getting constructed at such a big and old layout. Land maintenance fee is very high and property appreciation is not very high till now.
