★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review out of my experience as a tenant in this community and to alert the future tenants.
My stay in VILLA 82 in this community is a nightmare with no peace of mind having seepage, fungus , bad odor ,rodents , endless plumbing issues and having workers(plumbers/contractors) as everyday visitors during pandemic..
Few houses are being rented just by giving a coat of color on walls without fixing the inherited plumbing issues which we start seeing only after move-in and staying for a while. As a tenant you will end up spending your time and effort to maintain the property to be livable. By the time we realize we will end up signing agreement and paying security deposits which few owners take it for their advantage making the tenants spending their time getting the issues fixed as a free contractor to monitor their house repairs.
BEWARE: New tenants, as few owners are being so callous please make sure you verify the agreement and to have a clause for agreement termination if tenant is not willing to spend their time and effort in case of any major plumbing /leakage/seepage issues ( major repairs can disturb the tenants personal life) for which owner must be accountable.
