★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is almost a perfect gated community with various phases. Currently probably 3rd phase is going on. Thee are facilities like play area, individual parking, water supply from layout etc are in place. Almost all the villas are of same style based on the phases. Building quality looks good. However there are few ones which probably built by the owner directly as the structure looked different from others. One thing that I did not like is the height of speed breakers which are not of proper height.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is not great but the place is very good. Serine.. peaceful and lovely climate. Only problem is if we have to go to the city.. it is too far to drive . Offices n schools in and around Whitefield or Electronic City it is easy and lovely to live here.
