★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Diwali I visited the layout Green Avenues. I found no development, one side few houses only and other sides grassy field looks creepy. Garbage thrown on road looks very dirty, roads are not maintained, no proper landscaping, seems there is no maintenance happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this place as looking for a villa. place is cool , green and silent which is only positive so given single star. Nevertheless its not managed well , at the entrance of layout garbage thrown on road looks very dirty , roads are not maintained , no proper landscaping , seems there is no maintenance happening , had chat with few residents and got worst feedback , clubhouse is still missing and no clarity on it as builder committed nearby villa layout but later moved far and not in villa campus , even no park or play area inside villa layout , water management is still with tankers , no common backup , security is a big issue, overall not a right choice for that premium pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utter fraud builder defaulted and blacklisted by almost all the banks. It is not a gated villa project. Not registered with RERA, but builder lies on it. Don't trust builder's flowery language. No club house though he says it will be built in the premises as per layout plan approval. Builder has sold proposed club house land to someone. No water supply though they show you a water tank built which is of no use as there is no underground water there. Tanker water supply through out the year. Poor quality construction. No appreciation for your hard earnt money. If you pay the token amount, you will be trapped. Beware of the scamster builder.

One of the best villas to go for in Bangalore
Located in developing area makes it a good choice for investments.
Amenities and infrastructure are damn nice
Hospital and schools are very nearly accessible. Out of pollution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ local nonprofessional land mafias running this project , lot many delays , no development and future plans , more than a year few people moved there and lot of frustration , horrible situation , basic amenities are missing like water , security , common light power backup, STP , not maintained well , quality of construction is also issue. no point in investing or staying there
