★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor people I think they don’t have money, because I had an incident like last year I visited their venture and shown interest and was made some payment of 15 k with some reasons and informed them I’m not affordable to purchase house form you and requested for refund for some days some drama was happened finally concluded we can’t refund your money see such a poor company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is good (Signiaa). But we need to follow up multiple times for anything to be done. They dont even both to respond for customer queries for which they are paid. I have paid property tax through them and waiting for the receipts since 2 years. I should have paid directly to the panchayat office. The person handling this is not attending calls and we cant go to their corporate office everytime for this. This is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience, i ever came across in my life. The promises made at the time of booking, will never be in the sale agreement. I request you all to read the document and take a written statement for the promises they make at the time of booking.I suffered for almost for 10months for my refund, i've constantly written mails and approched Shriram several times for my refund. Every time they say same words "next week", by saying so they have extended for 8months. if you want to loose money then invest in upcoming or ongoing project otherwise invest in ready to move in projects. If not get ready to suffer form them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If google allowed giving negative stars, I would have done so. They are pathetic, unethical, non-competent group of companies. If you have seen cruel and corrupt builders in movies and sitcoms, well, guess what, SPL is the motivation behind them. Any new buyer getting lured by there flashy ads, I would suggest run, run as far and fast as you can because you are surely going to be duped of your money and, if that doesn't happen be ready to shell out more and more money time and again.

Please don't get trap to their publicity stunts. To get my refund EOI amount, still struggling from 7 months but they even didnt pick calls or respond to my mails.
