Approach roads are bad. Else everything is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sriram Sadhana is a great apartment complex. They have a great play space, a badminton court which kids use as cricket court as well. There is a club house and also two rooms below the swimming pool area where Zumba, aerobics classes happen. There is a lot of greenery around. Also some spaces of corridors to sit around. The terraces are all completely connected.
Every block has a lift and also common space area. Every floor has 4 houses. All houses are nice and spacious and most of them have balconies.
There is visitor parking and the security is quite strict about checking in when visitors arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never come for MSR building for rent, the rent is high, as a house you get four falls, there is leakage in the building, block drainage, leakage taps, broken interior, tiles can break any time. You can never call it as house. Before you come the Manager Srinivas will say he will fix it all, but is never fixed. Once you move in if there is any problem, it is the tenets who has to bear the expense, just imagine you come to leave for rent and also fixing all the old interior by paying is frustrating. I am not sure is it a tenant property to fix all the drainage, interior, taps, even he asking me to fix 15 year old commode, which was broken. He asked money to fix the tiles, and pay money for it, again it’s 15-20 year old tiles, looks like we have to rent to fix there property and also pay rent. balcony door is also broken even that I need to fix that. If you want to come, please come with the mindset of fixing all the house as if it’s your own and pay rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go for MSR homes for rent, it’s 20 years old building and the Owner and Manager Srinivas is looking for tenants to fix there property and also pay high rent. Nothing is working in the apartment, no proper interior, leakage roof, leakage taps, broken Woden interior, the tenants has to fix it all. It’s not a house it’s a trap, if Someone is interested to fix rich people property only then you have to come here for rent. I made the biggest mistake. At first Srinivas say he will fix all problems, once you start leaving in the house, all his problems are your problems. I don’t know how shameless these people are to get the whole house fixed by tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management. A suggestion, never rent an apartment under MSR.. houses r not maintained, all tap leaks within few months of moving in or getting them fixed. Old flooring, which may crack anytime. And they expect u to keep fixing everything on your own expenses for a 15 yr old building so that they can reap benefits. We regret renting out an MSR apartment. It's only meant for some students who wouldn't bother whatever s the house condition is. Apart from that surroundings are good, a decent place to live-in in near by locality.
