★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited 3 times there for eye check up. They have given appointment and later postponed the appointment and then cancel it.
Again I have visited for eye check up then again the front desk staff asked me " do you have appointment? I said no. Then he denied check up without appointment.
He has given appointment after 3 days..
This is the service of Shroff eye center at Kaushambi. They keep harassing patient for normal treatment.
I have gone for normal eye check up but they have kept me waiting for a month. They want that your condition gets worse and then they will think of treatment...
Kindly prefer some other eye center where patient will be treated on priority...
