We had ordered Snooze box with an exciting offer and same had been received as per the commitment by Sleepspa Mattress on time and the product was received in very good condition with all accessories in good Quality Matress is very comfortable and soft in nature without any disturbance.We have given a feedback to the sales person #Mr Emross he had been provided a complete service from the ordered date till delivery date.

After few usage over a month, he top layer of the mattress is sliding side wide and it's is very discomforting. I have to adjust this every week. PFA the images. I contacted the support team. They are asking of 1/3rd of the MRP of the mattress as the replacement charge of their defective product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a overall good purchase. The memory foam is adequate. I had issue with size of the mattress but the vendor co-operated and did the needful.
Initially you may not find it as comfortable as spring mattress but eventually after regular usage, you'll get adjusted and this feels much better. It is neither completely soft not completely hard but somewhere in the middle but slightly leaning towards harder side.
It's best for the people having back pain.

Fraud company with fraud staff.I have contacted them several times through mail,whatsapp chat,call etc.I have ordered matttress on 5 September and nearly 3 months are over but till now the mattress is not replaced.THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY EXTRA PICK UP CHARGES.The photo of their reply is attached.
BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THEM.YOU HAVE TO STRUGGLE A LOT AFTERWARDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered Snooze box bed Snooze Box Bed in Bag Mattress With Accessories – 78″ x 72″ x 5″ × 1 on 31st March 2022 and they delivered 14 April 2022.I am giving 3 start because Service provided by sleep spa Team is very poor, they shipped order and dint provide Waybill or Tracking Id. i was approaching customer care every time. when i received Mattress, Comforter was not there in Accessories, as they are giving mattress+2 pillow+Bed Sheet+Mattress protector+Comforter. so comforter was not there. and i approached customer care on same day they asked for videos and Photos of missing item and said will share this to higher authority for resolution. still i am waiting for resolution and any complain or request number for missing item.
Mattress, Bedsheet, Protector quality is good. and Pillow quality is very bad. if you have patients then only go for it. they are very lazy.

But the customer service they're providing is super great. An executive helped me making purchase. He gave me generous discount and was immensely patient with me. He explained all the steps and kept me updated with delivery details. Sadly I can't remember his name. But thas was the best customer service I had received till this date.
