★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. On 4th june Before the branch closed. The gaurd outside was instructed by staff inside not to allow anymore customers inside the bank. Gaurd instructed me to deposit the cheque in cheque deposit machine adjoining to the branch. Since I was coming from Shroff eye centre and my left eye was bandaged I thought it best to deposit d cheque here(also since we are made to believe, internet banking: anytime anywhere banking). The gaurd was in some hurry and was not wanting anymore customers to enter the branch. He said I use the cheque deposit machine but he did not inform that it was not working. Chq was deposited on 4th June......today is 11th June. My mother is hospitalised. Thankfully I didn't need the money urgently. With 3 holidays in between.
I had to finally call the branch. Person on the line said he was chief manager. But was reluctant to give his name. He was doing me a favour by hearing me out ( instead of listening). Pathetic .......must say.
Initially I was impressed PNB in such plush settings.
But to my utter dismay .....the staff here it seems has become complacent with the level of amenities being provided to them. Simply useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate zero to this branch and minus to the staff. Super worst service. Manner less and skulk staff. They don’t want to work.
I would suggest everybody not to visit this branch. Staff of this branch is useless. They don’t understand your need or urgency or any kind of situation. They just believe in having full time of relaxation and slouching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family needed to use the bank for some unique services this week that the staff did not have prior experience with. It was obvious that the management of this branch is in direct conflict with serving its customers, making it hard for employees to do their jobs efficiently. The leadership at the branch needs to be addressed by the higher authorities. Two employees in particular Reetika and Anu rose above their expected duties to provide extraordinary service for us. I can’t thank them enough - they got our job done when the manager left them alone at the premises unsupported. I sincerely hope the higher authorities at PNB are able to recognize their efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service of this branch i was open account there on last 22dec 21 from the date to now 3 months going on but they not provide atm,not gave cheaq book i visit there 15,to 16 different differnts times between three months for atm and cheaq book but they say we have no atm cards in branch we post in adress but i also not get my atm in my adress they only annoying customers no one staff give correct information sending here and there wrost service wrost branch of pnb

Am trying so manytimes but they are give the excuse nt atm. They were told me.... Atm not available etc.
Maybe 3 month is enough for atm taking time.
Totally bad service..
And not only me my collegue also facing that prblm.
