★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Shroff Kailash Colony centre for surgery of cataract for my father.
Experience was very good.
Staff is prompt and courteous.
Dr's are excellent without hesitation you can trust all of them.
My father's surgery was done by Dr Mrs Priti Kumar. She is not very well known Sroff! But she is an expert in her field.
My father is so happy after the surgery. That is the ultimate thing for me.
Infrastructure is little old not so filmsy but they do follow Covid protocol very well and has kept their premises very clean.
Front desk needs to be trained well and make more vigil and take phone calls on priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shroff Eye Centre offers amazing service. My mother has been a patient of Dr Sandeep Kumar for the past 4 yrs. His ability to put the patient at ease, his approaching and charming nature has made us put our trust in his expertise. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The hospital space is hygienic and there is strict sanitisation protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting Shroff Eye Centre A9 Kailash Colony New Delhi after about 10 years (in Dec 2021). I am very sad to see extreme deterioration in services (though interiors are much better). No sustems, no processes, no empathy towards patients. No Covid protocol followed. They gove appontments but even when you report on time, you might have to wait for 4 hours just to see the doctor! Any complaint to front office falls on deaf ears as receptionists say they are helpless. SINCERE ADVICE: AVOID THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for the reputation that Shroff eye center has. Overall experience is not as expected. Not sure why appointment is required when one is only sitting for more than 2 hours for their turn. On a weekday they have almost 100 people waiting for their turn but the process is so badly managed that it's better to try somewhere else. Reception ladies are also rude to lot of people (thankfully not to me) but not helpful, making fun of people coming to their centre. Although my experience is not yet over but for last 2 hours, really pathetic.
Update: the doctor experience was great. But given the wait time, i would be reluctant in visiting them.

I had never come across any complications yet , Dr. Rushad is an amazing and very well experienced doctor. He explains the things very well , he is very polite and humble. Happy with the treatment completely.
