Better wait 2-3years till the construction get over.

Underground parking floods during rain as water passes through circular ventilator scattered all over first floor lobby, due to poor plumbing design and maintenance in basement there is no way out for water. Water stays for weeks after the rain and it breeds mosquitos. One of my relative came down with Dangue and had to be hospitalized. ?????????
I would have given one star but two stars are for gated community and children play ground.
