★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is for customer relationship management after sales..If you appose Or raise any concern angainst quality of the product or fittings installed,then Builder will make your life miserable.Even Builder will not keep any stone unturned to mentally harrash you if you raised concern to RERA.Subham Builder has some secret agents in the society who will make sure that you are being mentally harrashed properly. Also if you are not Marrathi Manus then they will put their 100% to snach your mental peice..So please take decision aftter post analysis otherwise be prepare for being harrashed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect professional staff ,Best builder SHUBHAM BUILDERS, in ghot taloja,I have viewed each and every project in taloja however I think and it is 100 % right that flats is jijai are Best and big size flat in entire taloja and a plus point is we are getting semifurnished and with 100 % quality?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much feeling proud and happy to buy my first house in Jijai complex from Shubham builders.Best part of shubham builder is that he had not compromised with any material and brands and also given more amenities other than his commitment during purchase. If I compare the exterior design of Jijai complex we feel happy that in whole Taloja ghot camp it is one of the best. Also I must say that staying in this society I feel very much secured and safe as builder is also staying with us in the same premises. As I am staying here from more than one year now, society is very much active and organized all cultural activities almost every month.Now shubham is coming up with new project Jijai Angan and that project is even more better than Jijai complex I wish in future I can think off buying one more flats in that project.I wish him and his team all the very best.

I am writing every word, it is an accountable that we have been disappointed since buying this property.
Don't go by the words of builder,its a Fake words.
We think a lot before buying vegetables, but we can't think while buying flats.
Everyone in possession said take possession, I will do it but after capture it is just saying that we will.
And now unanswered.
We forgot the internal issues, but they are not ready to do the external issues,Which is included in RERA and should be repaired for 5 years.
I've been following since 2019, and Now sent me a written email, do it yourself.
Poor knowledge, informal behavior. Unwilling to stand on his own words. This is the speciality of Shubham Builder & Developer.
If Google gives a minus rating to show, then I will definitely give minus ten stars or give them that, minus rating will not measure anything.
My First External Issue -Rain Water seepage through the walls can occur due to underlying construction issues such as the use of poor quality raw materials.
This means it is a faulty construction.
The slab concrete will be removed by the water or all the tiles will be damaged by the water.Due to this our furniture also got damaged,Some tiles,paint got damaged.
So, what appears to be a mere crack on a surface wall can eventually lead to the destruction of an entire building.
This is my first and last issue which lead to destroy the whole building.
Whole society or some outside faculty which is giving high rating to show Affordable and good etc.
It's up to you to play with your problem or show them how to improve.
I will send all communications to RERA.
And will be put up for review once again.see some cracks and seepage images.
