Feeling pity for those being admitted and their family members.
Cut to story in short would say take your patient to any other hospital if you really want patient to survive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital, if you have any one admitted but want to save life then forget everything just move to another hospital. Even hospitals like medanta n Apollo will give better treatment in the same price. Move by air ambulance if patient is critical.
Advise to those who want to save life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Sister priti Singh admitted in hospital care of Dr Naveen Singh , she suffered from dangue. But she gets well and thanks for all nursing staff, toilet cleaners,, quality sir. Thanks a lot of all supports .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hospital. Doctors are illiterate. They have so much of arrogance. Nobody wears a name tag be it compounders and doctors. specially nurses and compounders are very arrogant. Watchman at ICU entry was very rude and always watching videos in phone.
In ICU you can see nurses and duty doctors chit chatting, laughing and talking very loudly. Like a fish market.
They eat and drink inside ICU, you will see dirty cups, biscuit and namkeen packets inside ICU,
Even sweepers and toilet cleaners have lot of attitude.The toilets are not for humans. Washrooms are on every floor but they wont let you use it. There is lift which is mostly used by staff, you can hardly access it. For buying medicines one has to go 4 floors up and down using stairs, i saw old people struggling with this. My grandma was admitted and she is no more. Thanks to the hospital

I want to tell you that Dr.Neeraj Srivastava(Ortho) don't meet on time in OPD in your hospital, or the biggest thing is they don't give proper time to patient, give to patient in 3-4 seconds, that is 'Not quite right,
We come to your Hospital for a reasonable fee, and expect you all to listen or understand our problem by giving us the best possible time.
ECHS refers you to your hospital for best and quality services. But I am sorry that we were not given the right time by Dr. Neeraj Srivastava(Ortho). If the patient is being seen in this way, then how will we refer someone to your hospital, it also spoils the name of your hospital.
You are requested to advise the doctor to maintain discipline on time and give proper time to the patient and listen to his problem without doing any formality. We've got the support of your other employees.Your staff is courteous and the management is doing a good job.
You are requested to look into this matter or take action from your level and understand the matter.
