Nobody picks up the call when you call them for report and ask for report on whatsapp.
Worst Management, worsr staff i have ever been through. They behave so layman. Ridiculous behaviour,staff and entire system of this diagnostic center.
I would give zero to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I visited for USG scan it was very bad experience staffs behaviour was very bad from 10am to 1:30 pm I have been waiting no coporation dr D Roy was present there but staffs were continuous telling that he is not present right now u have to wait .even the doctor was not serious he was continuously talking to his colleague Namrata about marriage and leave while I was lying on the bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis-management. No proper arrangement of handling crowd or queue system. It will take whole day to get a simple test to be done here.
Moreover, they took only cash payment.
They invested so much in infrastructure but failed to provide Gpay, card payment or any cashless facility. (Its all about hiding actual income and saving tax deduction)

Would not go there if I have any other option available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started with being very good diagnostic centre in the area. But as time passed their management has gone down. Very bad receptionist and cleanliness. It's better to opt for something better than coming here. Their charges are also too much high than others. Services are somewhat average. So you can reach them if there is no other option. It is located in an easily accessible building Varanasi trade centre that is on the main road beside income tax office on M.A. Road.
