★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a new society and that is a problem. The construction is still going on around the premises. The view is subjective whether you like to live alone or in a crowded place, because it's lonely out here. No shops in and around the society even for basic needs. You will be travelling about a km for the same.
The rent for 2 bhk is Rs 7000 to Rs 9000.
Its got a small play area with lot of swings packed in small area.
The parking is actually very stupid. They have given stilt parking but the gaps between the parking stands and pillars is so hard it's not easy to navigate around.
They have provided all the safety features, but have give very old guards.
Overall it's a mix bag with lot of downsides...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to saw new flats for Sale if any. Felt very disrespect and bad talk behaviour of the Office Person (I forgot his name). He had no sense of customer care and service. He is showing attitude as if he is doing that work as a favour. He went to show the flat but the way he speaks, something like we are beggers. For example: He didn't had some flat keys so he took us to show 2bhk so when asked whether you have 3bhk, his answer is "what you will do seeing 3bhk, all are same like this only", secondly, if you will ask him anything else about society or flat sqft area carpet area, he behaves as if we have come there for begging and he want to get rid of us.
Very bad behaviour, I don't know if anyone's felt the same but some buyers /senior person approach him, he has no sense of respect. I dont know who kept him in this position or how he is surviving.
Customer Service is an a real backbone of any product or services especially for Real Estate since there is a huge compition in Indore market also.
