★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great soceity to live in. Lovely duplex row houses. Very peaceful and quite. Visitors are expected to do entry at main gate. Even residents are expected to make entries after 11pm. All the basic amenities like eat-outs, hospital, departmental stores, fruit & vegetable shops, gym, parlor, parks, dairy, multiplexes, etc. are nearby. The place is safe as well.
The only drawback is a lot of prejudice from people for bachelors/spinsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often visited the Pimple Saudagar many times but never liked as it is having only concrete Jungle around no greenery. But this place changed my mind. It 250 row hous scheme built some 16 years back. I found this truly nature driven idea to built row hiuses like this. This place is having hell lot of greenery. I would like to urge to PMC to give every builder target create greenery like this. Otherwise in coming years Pune will becoming concrete garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Row house system at its best. The houses are spacious. But the only issue is the space between the bungalows is too less, which is a concern about privacy. Most of the bungalows are on rent for bachelors. Parking space is zero. Its a safe locality for kids and senior citizens. The security staff is good too. Pleasurable experience :)
