★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shubhay Tours and Travels is the worst option if any one wants to opt... he is the most expensive guy and is just interested in making money. Our class trip to Sikkim got Cancelled due to natural disaster more than a month before it was scheduled... and this guy just returned 28% of our tours cost which is supposed to be 80%... imagine the cost of 120 students that he made it to his pocket..!

Followings are their qualities
1. Poor managing skills
2. Charge high fees
3. No interaction with any customer during journey
4. No food nor water bottle provided during journey
5.very poor knowledge about tourism
6. They perform only for profit not for customers satisfaction
7. Very lazy
8. Narrow minded poeple
There are many more qualities but i am tired to present it, by above some qualities anyone can easily understand how worst is this company
