★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located near dead end of the road. The staffs are uncourteous. It is looking disgusting and looking like a rotten shop. They only operate through zomato. They don't have dinning facilities. Only take way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the opportunity to reorder my favourite, murgir jhol, aloo posto, shukto and rice. Everything was just as it should be. Not too spicy and neither bland. It is a boon for Bengalis staying at Thane. So affordable that one can order on daily basis without a dent in the pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a bong and staying in and around Thane and if you are wanting to taste bengali dishes at affordable prices, then Shukto is just for you.
I had steamed rice, prawn malai curry, jhoori aloo bhaja, motorshutir kochuri, niramish aloo dum and macher jhol.
Each and every item reminded me of my home town in West Bengal. The prawns were absolutely fresh and had 3 decent sized prawns. Jhoori aloo bhaja was crispy just as it should be. I had simply forgotten the taste of motorshutir kochuri and wow, this tasted amazing with aloo dum. Macher jhol had a large round piece of katla and had just the right amount of heat from green chillies.
Really, a boon for bongs and it surely would help order on daily basis since the prices don't hurt the pocket much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Bengali taste.. Delicious and well prepared with all spices..luchi and kheer is very nice and jhol is also tasty . Owner is very generous and good at what she does.. Reasonably priced.not any other cuisine.if u like Bengali this is the place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love Bengali food then it's a hidden gem. In case you want bulk order then you could ask for customised menu. Foods are hygienically well but yes might not be so healthy as for taste they need to use a good amount of oil but this is as per our requirement of tasty food.
Owner is so friendly and will suggest you the best menu of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered BestSeller dish Bhapa Rui Thali. Bengali Egg Curry Thali & Bengali Chicken Curry Thali also was at it's best. Jhuri Aloo Bhaja has a tremendous tasty in starters.
Must Recommended restaurant for Bengali Food Lovers. Must give it a try and order from Shukto restaurant in Thane.
