★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an organiser, they are really trustworthy. Their behavior and service are also very smooth. Today we have returned from Tamini ghat though we were unfortunate cause our car was damaged by some stones. We had to wait in a remote place for almost 5 hours. But one thing i should say that it was not at all their mistake rather our luck was bad. But still tour owner managed another car from an another travel organiser. Extra money for that another car was also provided by our organiser only which was huge loss for him.otherwise it was really difficult for us to manage an another car from that remote area. They haven't not asked a single penalty charge rather he has paid for us. So we are really thankful for him. We will always recomend this shwehsa for any tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were promised A.C..bus ( Nerul to Pune) .Bus came on time. But bus got malfunction just at the half way when we were 10 minutes away to lonawala ....they took one and half hour to arrange the new bus....the new bus arranged was Non AC...and they didn't reduce a single rupees from the total bill ( no compensation for delay , no compensation for non AC bus instead of AC). Return journey was also Non AC bus.
They were even very reluctant to issue the bills And the staff was rude during communication. Pathetic service. This shows utmost careless ness towards consumer
