In these times a customer don't want to waste his time so I called and they spoke
Very rudely and like whatever.
I even asked them is this the way you speak to a customer.Worst response.
So,I personally went there to get some accessories for my laptop
Surprisingly a samsung t5 500gb external ssd,costs 7k with discount ??
That too I should ask 10 times and ten different brands over there.
What I found that I know the beside computer shop usually I visit the same ssd costed me 5,200/- this is what they sell,if anyone without knowing it,you will be wasting your money ? and fooled,with worst activities and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have very very very very bad experience.they don't receive customers properly. There is no customer service. Everyday I feel very bad why I go to purchase this computer at this place. I am very very unsatisfied. I don't want to go again.
They are wasting my valuable time. They show negligence all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am giving single star rating, even this is also waste my experience with this shop is too worst, staff are too worst, mainly lady staff.. I don't now her name...tooooo worst don't know how to speak with customer...of her behaviour many of the customers are leaving shop...and the prices in the shop are not that much good... I think people are seeing rating and going to this shop... hoping it's the best shop in Vijayawada,but I suggest to go for some other shops and I don't suggest NtR complex shops tooo..buy luck I found Sushma computers... Very reasonable prices for products and very good service...i suggest to visit Sushma computers before buying in Shwetha computers
I definitely can say they can give best price and best service....don't see the shop size...see the product worth and services....you will be fully satisfied...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the owner of the store is reading this, I urge you to talk to your staff about having some decency while talking to customers. They don't have to be rude and proud-ish all the time. We came to buy a product not to beg. A simple conversation with helpful info for 10 mins could have been a sale, but they are too lazy to spare us that...overall, we had a pathetic experience....when e-commerce industry is booming, with this kind of an attitude towards a walk in customer, what's the message are you really setting here???
