★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got repair in my laptop it is not starting and i went to the conputer shopee for its repair on 19-Aug-2020 and they took my laptop along with charger and they said it has mother board issue and said it will be repaired tomorrow kindly collect on 20-Aug-2020
I called them whether it is repaired or not they didnt repair that and said it takes few more days
I daily called them untill on 22-Aug-2020 they lifted my call and said it is done collect it at 22-Aug-2020 at 12:00PM and i went to the shop at 3:00 PM and they took my laptop to nearby service center and fixed the issue and returned it to me on 5:30PM
Due to their negligent behaviour
1.They lost my laptop charger and gave me some other second hand charger
2.They fixed my mother Board issue but laptop Touch-pad is working maliciously i cant use mouse keys as i used them before repair
3.i ask them sir why is my Touch-Pad not working they said laptop have virus then why didnt they remove
4. During our phone conversations they always said to me take your laptop if you need . it proves me that they didnt have intention to repair it
Although I got it repaired it took nearly 1 week and costs Rs.1,500/-
I suggest you go to laptop service center
It saves Time and gives better performance to Device
