★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly okay. For customers who stay a little longer, probably a glass of water? I mean on a serious note, the pricing can be slightly more competitive, given the high price of gold already. Customers need to see value of money. Today in the robotics and precision world, I expect big firms to get more smarter and not charge customers for their inefficiency. We come to buy gold and are not interested in anything else.

In this Segment Heavy Competitor for all other shops.
Shop ambience is very nice.
Price bargain is good.
With all formats.. Shopping is easy.

Please teach your staff about manners, I went into the shop around 08.15PM and waited for about 15 mins for someone to come and show me the gold but no one cared. The guy in front of me counting the jewellery write down with pencil, most frustrating thing even he didn’t utter a word, waving his pencil on glass recklessly. The most pathetic experience I’ve ever faced, As I got up and left in that rage no one even asked me why, because they were in a hurry to close the shop. The most annoying thing is that if they had been told near the entrance “Arey sale ye tho closing time hai “I didn’t step inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why but while browsing for a bit and leaving empty handed the employee working there started asking us questions about where i live and other details. Which throws an impression that he thinks we are there to steal something. And on top of that he was massively disappointed as if we wasted his 20 minutes. Maybe i did but i don't want to visit a store and buy something expensive without thinking for a bit. For that reason i would recommend nobody like me to visit here unless and until they buy something to make the employee happy rather than themselves.
