Worst experience as a customer. Hospitality is nil. The guy was so rude, he hardly showed 10 items and we asked estimate for a piece. It was around 5L and as it was a huge amount we wanted to go around looking for better designs. As we said we wanted to look around more saying we just started searching for one, he snatched away the estimate from us saying thank you! It was very humiliating.. Like.. come on.. I felt the hospitality levels are so NIL.. I realised it better after entering into few more stores. It doesn't matter who is brand ambassador of Malabar when the sales team is trash.. Didn't expect this from them. Neither going there again nor referring to others.

I'm regular customer in guntur showroom.
First time going vijayawada show room
They are network issue in their showroom and not provided wifi. After that I'm going to another showroom. I purchased 130gms haram.
I refere to relatives and friends please don't go to that show room.
Sir in your feed back don't say sorry.
please suggest your staff and trainap better services give to all customers don't disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a whole day shopping with our big bang family. We were there for a whole day with kids and elderly people. Employees over there are so cool and their hospitality is top notch.
My dad lost his bracelet which he loves the most in the play room while he was taking care of kids. I was tracing it unwillingly thinking that its gone for good, in the process i went to malabar today just to check whether he dropped it there since it was the only place we spent the most on that day. Manager Aleem told me to wait for 10 mins and came back with bracelet after confirming cc tv footage that it belongs to us.
I was shocked literally that I found the lost gold. I didn’t speak much with manager , I literally didn’t get words to describe the honesty of Malabar’s staff.
Thank you so much Malabar, you just earned a loyal customer for life time with your honesty

Vallet parking and lifts are also available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salas person has very good knowledge about gold types and they give good suggestions for customers..and especially lighting in the building is extraordinary...but car and bike parking space is very low...one negative thing is mobile data is not working in the building and they not provide wifi also... I got discomfort when i making payments through mobile its very hard to make payments through mobile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, we waited for 15 minutes before someone came to show us the jewelry. Even then he was just passing time than showing the jewelry. The people next to us also waiting for someone to come and show them the jewelry.
They salespersons doesn't care about our needs, just showed us what they like to show. We asked for water a few times, they never gave it. Apparently, they work on salary basis, so they don't care whether you buy or not.
