Totally I purchased three items in the store Lord Venkateswaraswami locket,chain and finger ring ,all items 50 grams.
Design portion of Venkateswaraswami locket and its finishing is extraordinary because of its uniqueness finishing with glossy shine touch,so it is beautiful.
⛓️ Gold chain is the latest trendy model with soft comfort feel on neck with high end finishing to the gold biscuits in the chain and I feel lucky grabbed this chain before others purchased...
? Ring is super cute & designs available from one gram to high end.I thought to buy a ring within 1 gram weight and we got a beautiful ring in one gram for adults..!! , However it is nice and strong.
My feel with all the ornaments shopping is really awesome because of quality ,design and packing. It is a fantastic experience totally,I think the only Bhima Store gives high quality Jute bag to carry valuable ornaments.
I had a small/ minor concern with one of the ornament around alteration,so it was addressed with high priority without compromise and they proved the statement "customer is the sovereign king and customer satisfaction is the primary objective of the business rather than gains".
Actually I loved the approach of Manager and Asst manager of the store who really welcomed me positively and addressed my concern with great responsibility and thanks for that support to customers .
All the above review is my own unbiased real and live experience on 6th Nov,2021 and this is a must visit store atleast once to buy our dream ornaments with Bhima ,So in Vijayawada whenever you have a thought of buying gold first visit Bhima and definitely you will come out with your dream jewelry.....!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Less selection of items. The jewelry consultants are trying to work out according to the customer needs. We wanted black beeds chains with locket, they didn't have much selection but willing to listen and understand the needs.
