★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Never go here for services like straightening and smoothing of hair. You will be offering your hair to ruin it. When you revisit them to show how badly they have done it inspite of repairing it they will blame your hair quality. Worst parlour. Never visit them.
