★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Shop on 23-Feb to take delivery for my Gold Chain. However while taking the Final Delivery the front desk Lady did not calculate the Amount correctly. To convince that their calculation was wrong I had to waste around 20 mins.
Ultimately the owner of shop got convinced and told that "Manas matra bhul ne patra".
Beware while taking delivery.

I am a critic guy and rarely rate 4 or 5 stars to anyone. The customer service and product both has been really good due to which I have been visiting ur shop from past 6-7 years.
You have given a good discounts this time but still I would like you to revisit ur making charge structure if possible.
To conclude: Be rest assured that Shyam Jwellers would be my first choice always when I think of buying jewellery.
