service and attitude of owner & employee.
my first experience in a boutique store, since it was my brother's wedding. she not only spoiled the fitting but also changed the colour of my outfit last moment saying, she can't get material of my colour.also design given by me was compromised by her despite she had taken partial payment in advance.
delivery was so delayed that I got my dress 2 weeks later the given date.
