★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artistic & Spacious Rooms, Clean Bathrooms, Peacefull Environment and Good services (But dont expect Hotel Experience).
The property is located near to Bhujio Fort in quiet resdential area. The staff is limited but are helpful and good.
There is an small outdoor garden area where you can enjoy morning tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience... We we're 5 people staying at Nishansh homestay for 2 nights. These people reflect the real culture of Kutch. The room decor and warmth with which we we're welcomed by the owner was hearth whelming.
The amenities and cleaniness of the rooms get 5 star along with the friendliness of the staff. Owner guided us for local siteseeing and shopping and overall it was a fantastic experience staying with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best commutable location from bhuj railway station it's only 15 mins and as you reach the place you would be overwhelmed to find the property beautifully maintained and quite amazing to stay appearing homely with lavish touch of modern and traditional amenities. It has all the facilities of today's tourist requirements like wifi,tv,hot water,everything on service,breakfast us complimentary and tastes like home cook food with of kutch and bhuj's authentic delicacies included.
The property has rooms starting from family of two till countable groups. I am delighted to have found this property to stay which has enriched my experience with family as everybody felt so close to home..
I would suggest if you ever visit bhuj,only stay at Shyam villas you would realise it's worth the spend and even the charges are reasonable.They never charge you anything extra for hospitality services along with warmth and kindness with guests.

Decor is good. Also had breakfast for two days. It was pretty good. The rooms were also enough for three people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small BNB with the first B being really nice and the second B is not good. It's nice and quaint and nice small cottages with attached bathrooms. The stay includes breakfast but it's outsourced and so not reliable time wise. Twice we had to wait for it to arrive and then serve it. The staff includes the owner and his man Friday Deva bhai who has helpful twin sons who run around to help you. But that doesn't qualify as staff. So expect to wait wait and wait for everything. The owner is very apologetic for his shortcomings so it's fine. Has a lot of potential. Especially when it's the only place to check in in whole bhuj city when you reach at 8.30 in morning and all hotels don't allow checkin before 11. The third star is for that convience.
