Now , it is just ok.
Still , an important corporate hub of gurgaon. Situated at exit 7 ( from dehli) on Delhi- Jaipur highway , this is home to many national -international companies.
It was promoted by Unitech group.
Some prominent companies happen to Ashok Leyland, MG Motors , office of Unitech Group itself.
Now, the building is showing signs of ageing. Lifts have become outdated , call buttons don’t work properly, washrooms are in need of a facelift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unitech Signature towar is a multinational building company, also it's a real state company by name signaturee Global which is dealing with real states with their many projects they offer affordable housing scheme in Gurgaon an Delhi NCR with they offer home with pradhanmantri awas yojna ..so once you visit for sure rest I'll upload some pic with company which in Signature towar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its one of the oldest high rise n modern building built by Unitech Limited. It is considered to be a landmark structure along with DLF Gateway Tower. It was starting of commercial buildings in Gurugram and the glazing technology was also new for execution during those times. It has almost complete glazing with circular profile and stone cladding at lower levels on elevation. Its lifts are now outdated and have huge waiting time. Rest the ambience n everything else is great about this modern marvel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally I recommend no one to buy homes from signature global . Worst company in affordable housing. Charges you hefty interests . No guaranteed possesion dates . My flat was to be delivered in April 2020 and now I am posting this on May 2022. Still they are asking for couple of months for the possession. WORST COMPANY
