Sila should get rid of this employee at raheja vistas premiere, pune
believe you me, he is spoiling your reputation and society peace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, rude and lack manners. Rarely tend to any complaint. Keep implementing their own rules without consulting the residents. Always respond rudely. Ruining the environment of society. Almost everyone in the building is fed up of them. Wish you could fire them and replace with someone who knows how to talk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sila group is assigned the facility management of our building The Verraton, Thane. Must admit pathetic services, very poor response or action taken to feedback or complaints of the residents. No single authoritative person assigned for long time to raise or escalate issues!!
Too disappointed with this group’s facility management and/or support provided to the residents!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst and the most pathetic FMS company, pathetic service and very unprofessional employees, specially the team appointed by Dlf Regal Garden.they are the worst ,i would ask DlF to remove them on immediate basis.
Would ask all the developers to not hire them for the maintenance of the society.
I live in Regal Garden a dlf property,i have never seen such pathetic employees from a maintenance company,i hv lived here 3 year,but never had this pathetic attitude of any FMS company before,the estate manager Rahul tiwari talks rudely,from last few months they have been creating only troubles for employees.
The security is not at all alert,they are drunk on duty,they talk so loud and create rukus in society , specially staff on night duty,from last 10 days the lifts are not working,no one care,the fire hose pipe leaked and the entire c tower was in water in all bedrooms but they still had no care or right attitude towards such bad incident.
They are worst worst worst..no help no support from maintenance team..
I myself work in a developer firm will ask all the builder not to hire them ,they would disgrace the whole society.
Sick ppl sick employees..they are pathetic
