No issue of water supply..
A bit outer from main city..rest surrounding is good, will face difficulty in rainy season because the road from the main highway is about 2 Km. The rain water drainage is not available besides road.
You may face problems if you dont have a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely give 5 star for these residential properties, but here's the reason:
Pros: Nice structural quality with trusted builder, there aren't projects of this quality nearby. Park for me was the biggest plus, good space for kids. A good temple inside, a rarity these days. Apart from these, all the basic amenities like gym, indoor sports are also there. Another big plus was their banquet hall, a nice and spacious one.
Cons: Didn't find many. May be a bit far from main city but it's a developing area and will be crowded soon.

In the morning people walk around the complex for freshness
There are many underconstruction project going on the area is nice little bit away from city shores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and Luxury Apartment. Located on Main Lalarpura Road. Near Vaishali Nagar. Visited there during some work . 24*7 Security Guard. And Safe premises for Children. Can't say anything about the residents but the Infrastructure is 4/5 .
