I have seen physical changes, of course. But more importantly my entire view of the world has been enhanced. He has helped me navigate these challenging times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deepak Chaudhry, the moving force behind Avyaya Yoga Studio, combines excellent knowledge of human physiology and mind-body interaction, with dedication to being a meticulous and caring yoga teacher, who treats each student as a unique challenge. My husband and I, both senior citizens who relocated to Jaipur from Bombay , have been with him for a little over a year and have benefited greatly from the interaction. While my husband was new to yoga and unsure of whether it was the best thing for him, I was already initiated and up for any challenge, but needed my enthusiasm to be tempered to protect myself from injuries! Deepak has been managing both our personalities expertly, and every class is an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We wish him and the Studio the very best going ahead.

He has a deep understanding of all the yoga asanas and how they work on your body, it feels confident to practice yog when he is around. He is very profound in both psychological & physiological parts of Yog. I have learnt a lot from him and I am sure there is still much more left. If you looking for yoga therapy sessions, group/ personal classes, meditation, etc. Trust me he has no competition. Take a class with him and you won’t be disappointed.

I must say I was a lazy person running away from any physical activity prior to when I met him.
Deepak Sir’s yoga classes have individual programs made tailored accordingly for every individual
I have different excercises and stretching than what my parents have And they’ve been affective.
I highly highly recommend him, he has bought a massive change in my physical and mental orientation through yoga in these 4 months.

Now that I am at a distance in Sweden, I still continue yoga classes digitally. It a part of my daily routine.
