The literature and knowledge provided here is deep and profound which is not just easy to practice but also backed up by scientific reasearch.
This course helped me to view yoga beyond asanas by giving me a profound knowledge about the traditional context of yoga.
Teachers are very cooperative and well versed with the knowledge. Deepak sir helped us throughout the journey.
If you are looking for a course that would give you both traditional and scientific aspect of yoga, go for it

Although it's only a one month course however I could say it with full conviction that I am able to gain a lot of knowledge about traditional Yoga for which the institute is renowned for. The teachers are sincere, supportive and hardworking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did PGDY from Kaivalyadhama, Jaipur. It is the best combination of Research Based Rich Literature along with the Vast Experience and Superb Knowledge of Deepak Sir & VD Sir.
My perception about yoga changed during the course. Yoga is not just about physical fitness, it is much more beyond it. Physical fitness is just one medium to achieve yogic goals. My
Deepak Sir is the best motivator, as he is motivated to achieve perfection and helps students to achieve the yogic path. In between due to some personal reasons, I was on the verge of leaving the course but Deepak Sir and VD Sir supported and guided me to overcome the problems.
My recommendation is, if you are serious about learning Yoga, then Kaivalyadhama is the right place.

I wanted to develop basic understanding of Yoga and various aspects so I joined this one month course on the recommendation of a friend. I must say I made a right decision by joining this institute. I got to learn about practical and theoretical aspects of Yoga under the guidance of Vinayak sir, Deepak sir and Tara sir and they have explained and resolved every query I had. This course has formed a base for advanced courses. Had a peaceful environment and supportive mentors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a young boy like me Yoga was a less attractive thing to do an year ago. But then my mother introduced me to Vinayak Sir from Kaivalyadhama and my whole perspective about Yoga changed. Earlier it wasn't easy for me to focus on a thing for longer, but now it's different I can concentrate for longer and I finish what I start rather than leaving in the middle. Yes my fitness level has also improved in a noticeable way. I must say if you want to compare Yoga with any other fitness regime, it's far better and enjoyable. I wish best to Vinayak Sir and Kaivalyadhama and look forward to learn more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done CCY course in kaivalyadham (jaipur branch).The course provided a great foundation in yoga theories, human anatomy, yoga practices, and also yoga teaching approaches, which are very useful and insightful. I have seen my own improvements in yoga practices and also mental development in just a few months. The knowledge I learned was really practical, not only in yoga teaching/ practices but in day-to-day life. I enjoyed the experience very much. All teachers are so experienced and knowledgeable, this course gave me so many inspirations and I’m so thankful for the help and teaching from all masters.
