I was suffering from the digestion related issues from the past 4 months and After Joining this , I got relief about 75% in just 15 days of therapy yoga .
Here Trainers are very experienced and have very kind Nature ?.

However, the second I got there, the instructors were the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating people! The environment is calming and refreshing, the classes are always interesting since each instructor adds their own little flair to them, and the experience is just overall amazing. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone interested in yoga, regardless of the level they're at :)
