Little old but localitywise awesome . CCD, Medicine Shops, Hospital, Good pubs and restaurants, HDFC and ICICI bank, tea and cigarettes shop, Petrol bunks, Gym, Swimming Classes, Laundry wala all in 0.5 km of vicinity.
No issues of water and electricity. Both 24/7. Small gym in the building, garden and play area also for the kids.
