Best thing is it has power backup, but lift doens't work in generator. It has only 4 floors. Ground floor is parking. Has security. It's been almost 5-6 months I have started living here. No water problem so far. Nearby Harlur Lake and walking track.
Cons:
The building is really old, like 10-13 years. Not so fancy looking and not so clean either. There's a construction going on (2019) and it's too much dusty. Lot of rats and cockroaches in the building. You have to take care about they not getting inside. There's mosquito problem as well. The houses are kind of dark as there's no proper windows and ventilations. The road which takes a deviation from Sarjapur main road is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay apartment with good flats 2bhk and 3bhk. Families will find it best to live here. Gated apartments with security guard. This is first of the Mahaveer Pearl apartments followed by Mahaveer Pearl 2 which also is in its close proximity. Calm and quiet environment and good access to Harlur Road and Sarjapur road
