★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a black shirt for 6500. A black t shirt i chose was not available. So the staff said they will bring and call me. 4 days later i went to the shop to check. Then the same staff told ' oh madam i called so many times you did not pick up? When i asked which number he called he showed me a wrong number.
Today he called me and said it has come. Whn i asked for a few days time he showed a reaction' Oh my God you want a few days time? Of i will hv to keep it asude for a few days? He showed a lot of irritation. SO THE VERDICT IS IF THE STAFF WANT A FEW DAYS TIME IT IS OK. BUT IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TIME THEN IT IS A SIN?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a brand that my dad absolutely loves to wear. He regularly bought their eclectic prints and really enjoyed the colors. When it comes to marketing and bombarding their customers with offers and messages, staff of SC will go the whole way, however, on two occasions the walk in experience has been close to disgusting. The first time the clout of staff hovered over the counter gaffing around over a video while we walked through the store. The second time, they seemed very reluctant to show any shirt, they seemed disinterested or distracted by preening in front of the mirror or just hesistant to walk the customer through their products. Honestly, if your staff wants to sit around and pay more focus on their bad haircuts it’s best you put a sign outside mentioning it’s a store that’s doesn’t care. Incredibly disappointing store experience.
