★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just a bloody cheat. Fraud store. They communicate something and at the time of delivery they plug in additional cost. I purchased a suit and at the time of purchase they mentioned that the total costing includes making charges whereas at the time of delivery they charged me additional Rs 6000/- for making charges that also without any intimation. There's an elderly man who simply takes advantage of his age as you can't shout at a senior citizen and he very casually denies the fact which he only conveys. Shame on the store..a brand like Raymond store cheating customer like this is disgraceful. Shame on professionalism.
